"We will improve...we will be good again...and then we will be really good!" is a very weird thing to say, right?

It is odd wording but if those are his goals he was 0 for three here.

We may be seeing history in the women’s tournament today. South Carolina up on 16 seed Howard 44-4 at halftime. Howard is 1-26 from the field in the first half.

And it's not like South Caroilna was good.  17 of 47 from the field and 2 for 22 from three.....but they had 19 offensive rebounds and 41 total rebounds in just a half.

I mean no one saw this coming. I was really surprised. Florida has to be a better job. Wonder if felt his seat getting warm. Now, who goes to LSU and Florida?

Sampson to LSU? That’s my guess.

Ehh we lost by 30 to a program many people can't point to on a map.
I all seriousness, what does it matter how small their campus is and whether or not fans can point to it on the map. It's not like they are boundaried small high school who can't recruit and have a very good team once in a great while. They can recruit and have done so very well and have become a very good ball club. They have been good for years. Yea, I'm not happy we lost, but being condescending to the other team is wrong.

Maybe, but why? He has an established culture in Houston. He went to a Final Four last year, so he's proven he can win big there. Everyone there likes him. Houston is about to join the Big12, a conference that he knows well.

I have no inside knowledge. I'm just curious why he'd make that move. Is LSU offering a lot more money?

Would’ve never guessed this with Willard’s popularity.

I should add…this comparison is made because Willard to Maryland is nearly confirmed and Holloway is the favorite to replace him

Seems like a very.... Underwhelming hire.
