As long as one and done kids leave early then to an extent when the best players leave you will have a drop off. Personally for me I don't see it as being a down year but my opinion on the subject is biased. I watch 3 tvs of college basketball at a time and have been known to watch low major teams on my phone on ESPN3 as well. Can't stop won't stop.
