P’s made good moves

The roster is a good deal better than two seasons ago. DWJ was a rotation piece, we actually tried playing Wanamaker, Brisset was a rotation piece. I mean, Justin Anderson, Sykes, and Kelan Martin all played for the team. FO has done a really good job overhauling the roster

Things really started moving when Carlisle was hired. I think he's a quite a bit of input on who to draft and sign and I guarantee he pushed for the Sabonis-Haliburton trade. I'm not sure the roster looks anywhere near what it does if Pritchard was still running the show by himself.

So like yah. If anything guys overachieved, I know its SL, but still.

1 - Math was the best player on the court, which yah he needed to be, and he did it

2 - Nemb was real good

3 - IJ needed to dominate, and he did. Though the foul stuff is a concern

4 - Walker overachieved. Like I thought he would be good. But he looked better than I thought, and certainly than most people thought he would

5 - Brown looked good out there. Idk where he fits on the main roster, but he is certainly an interesting piece

Wemby scores nine points in debut.

Miller has been pretty horrible so far in SL. Guess it means the hype around him was wrong and he sucks. Derp

This looks so ridiculous in print and yet it doesn’t even note that his last 2 NBA Championships he was PLAYER/COACH. There may be a million arguments for the BEST players in sports, but Bill Russell is the most ACCOMPLISHED athlete in the history of team sports and I’m not sure what an argument for anyone else even looks like.

Its Ty and its not close. If you could substitute Jokic's passing for the post game for Myles maybe it would be close? BB and Hield just aren't close to Ty. Ty is a top 5-10 player if he played defense like that

Meaningful, imo, coming from a pretty anti-small market/non-Boston media member. I think this tweet came during that run too.

Bill irks the hell out of me with his biases sometimes, but he knows the game. Those 2 definitely deserve more minutes.

2 things here: 1) Artis Gilmore looks good. That dude’s gotta be pushing 75. 2) Has anyone seen a picture of Duncan since he retired where he doesn’t look completely baked?
