That dude’s gotta be pushing 75. 2) Has anyone seen a picture of Duncan since he retired where he doesn’t look completely baked? The A-Train was an extraordinary player but never had even reasonable players surrounding him in the NBA. Maybe the most underrated all-time great player ever. Quote

The only guy I can remember legitimately blocking a Kareem skyhook. Quick research for you - Artis Gilmore's best NBA years were his eight with the Bulls, though his career per game averages for all 15 years were 18.8, 12.3 and 2.4 blocks The best team record for one of his Bulls teams was 45-37 in 1980-81. The Bulls roster that year was (other than Theus and a not terrible David Greenwood) a pile of (apologies to Hoosiers turned pro) a hot trash scrap heap: He was buried on bad Chicago teams and later in small markets. He was going blow for blow with Kareem during Kareem's prime years and not giving any ground. lillurk 1 Quote
Loaded Chicken Sandwich Posted September 3, 2023 Posted September 3, 2023 USA defense has been very on par with NBA defense. Pathetic. Quote

Demo Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 Mobley is such a freak show. My dream for Ware isn’t offense. It’s him giving you a decent approximation of Mobley defense. Quote
Demo Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Really interested to see what Hield’s value turns out to be. An almost 31yo specialist, though a great specialist, on an expiring contract who you know isn’t looking for some MLE deal. No idea what he’s worth, but on the right team, man, is he a great piece. If I'm the Pacers, 1st rounder and at least one young prospect. Also opens up minutes for Nembhard and Mathurin. Quote

Trade will help Portland out in the long run if they are smart. For the Bucks and Suns, it's all about right now. Quote

Lillard was a fan favorite and great member of the Portland community for 11 years. In today’s NBA, a super star spending 11 years with a small market franchise is a rarity. All signs pointed to him wanting to stay until the Blazers signaled a rebuild was underway and drafted a younger version of him in Scoot Henderson. I don’t see any reason to root against Lillard. thebigweave 1 Quote

KingPG21 Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Favorite part of this trade. Listening to Jimmy Butler cry on IG about tampering. Gonna be a great day when he retires with no rings Loaded Chicken Sandwich 1 Quote

Dame seems like a good dude. Organization consistently did a horrible job putting talent around him, and in recent years started looking more to the future. Way worse dudes to root against in the NBA, Harden and Jimmy Butler are probably the two biggest d-bags in the league that are big names. Quote

I don't like players demanding trades, let alone demanding a trade to a particular team. That is just me I suppose. Quote
