Yeah it was! It's sad that these acts are all too common in Mexico. I was born there and still have family down there and it's crazy that the people have become used to seeing these things. Nowadays they will talk about it like it's normal to see bodies hanging from bridges or beheaded bodies dumped in some landfill.
