I'm gonna trust our national championship defending coaching staff to continue making personnel decisions and game management choices that have this team sitting 8-1 after being one throw/catch away from being 9-0.

Unreal lack of confidence in a guy who has lost 3 games in 3 years here from some of you fellas lol.

I cosign this 1000% and am very deferential to the staff on here. I still can’t figure out what they were doing on those last two time outs.

Everyone makes mistakes. Maybe he’ll talk about it with Fisch.

Should have been getting first team reps this past week, but whatever. Kudos to him. Nice to see a QB step into throws and hit guys in stride

Yep. All we need is a guy who can hit the wide open guys to sustain drives. We weren’t asking for much and offense with 2 first round WRs should not struggle

Patty Mac hit the field goal before half in Autzen last year too right?

No i don’t remember his name and he got hurt very shortly after. But it wasn’t the current guy who saved the day today

I hope he does because the clock management was definitely questionable in the last minute of the game. Really relieved to get out with a win and finally have a bye.

Hoovers decision making is more concerning than anything. The misses are bad but his misreads on the RPO are drive killers

He was noticeably bad last week too. Michigan's safteies were crashing down constantly. At least twice missed corners showing late blitzes last week, ran into one, away from the other. Its the accuracy, its the in play decision making, its the presnap read. Since B1G play he has been a massive miss in talent eval. The injury sucks, he is clearly hurt. But its not just the accuracy

Yep.  Don’t think he’s cut out for the big ten talent. Some kids just crash and burn when they come to big leagues. He’s one. He will make a good investment banker next year
