I hate to rag on announcers, but Klatt was really pissing me off.

Every time they mauled Becker, they were "letting them play."

Every time we got a favorable call, the refs got it was wrong.

Every time O$U got a favorable call, the refs were correct.

Every time O$U didn't complete a pass, we interfered.

Yeah, got away with it against softer competition but last couple weeks have been rough.

Predictable play calling doesn't help, but he's missed too many throws all year.

I come away underwhelmed by both these teams.

I wouldn’t call myself underwhelmed, it’s a good team, but on shear quality of play should this team be in a playoff? I’m not at all convinced.

Yep.  It’s modern college football sadly.  You have to hit on your QB.

Teams are stopping the run and the short throws and daring Hoover to throw it deep and he air mails it consistently

Can see what you mean. Hoover just can’t seem to make the critical throws.

That really sucked! While Marsh had the chance this isn’t all on him. This is on Hoover, Radicic, Jones, fumbles, and the always questionable in big games running it up the middle without any success.

Marsh could not have caught ball in bounds it didn’t get to him in time. Hoover threw it a split second late and about a yard too far. It should have landed sooner more inbounds

We can drop one more and still be fine. Don’t lose at home again and we’ll be in.

Another close loss and we’re still in. Need OSU to keep rolling without Sayin for the computer rankings to be safe (in a 2 loss scenario).

Playoffs = todays game is no big deal

Old dog new trick situation. Is there enough time to fix that or is it just who he is?

Honestly, I thought Hoover looked the best at the end in a spread air/raid type situation. He looked more comfortable snapping and looking to throw every time.

With that said it apparently led us to not run on 3rd or 4th and 4yds to go when we had plenty of time.

Agreed.  We have the best WR combo in America.  Yet 60% of plays we run up the middle into 8 guys and our WRs mean nothing.

Tough loss, I thought we should have just tried to make the first down on a very high percentage pass, but Marsh was wide open, so they had the right call, just didn't execute it. I think we still make the CFP, and likely get a home game.
