I feel like we will be able to attract young talented players who want development.  But may leave before ever starting.  But even so that’s a great position to be in.  Rather have a stud on the bench in case of injury

Well, he hadn't planned on committing this early, but schools are really pushing to get their QB in the fold early and build a class around him. Same with Purcell in the current class. Lukas realized recently that spots were already starting to get filled and if he wanted his choice of schools he was going to have to move his timeline up.

If Cignetti rolls him out as a starter as a freshman, then he has NFL talent from day one. Not usually the way Cig operates.

There is no reason for a player to redshirt with 5 for 5.

Yep I’m curious how deep we go to the bench these first few games now that we aren’t worried about red shirt.

Got 3 straight late in the season that should be worth watching. One of those being IMG on Halloween.

He’s already committed to a blue blood football school with lots of money.
