Curious what Cig has to say about it after the game. On the weekly show with Fisch, Cig said they're aiming to get Nick and Shazz reps in as many different positions as they can. He made it sound like they were tinkering last Saturday vs. a performance issue with Nick. Obviously I'm reading the tea leaves, and only time will tell... Saw a podcaster theorizing we wanted to also put a lot on film to force teams to prepare it. Quote

Courts& Judiciary https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/49973695/indiana-daley-wyatt-ineligible-waiting-judge-ruling They are ineligible till the judge gives the ruling which "will not come until next week". skhoosier2 1 Quote

Probably going to get to Bloomington around 1:00pm on Saturday and am wondering what, if anything, would be doable near Kirkwood. It will probably be almost impossible. It's almost impossible on basketball gamedays on kirkwood and there's 36,000 more people in town for football. Hoosierfan2017 1 Quote

Also, Osteria Ragu is often missed because of being tucked in the back alley, but its worth a try for some darn good pizza/beer. Pagoda and Hoosierfan2017 2 Quote

Not nearly as crowded as I expected. Stuhoo 1 Quote
Pagoda Posted September 20 Posted September 20 Since the season started and now with our OOC behind us, our national title odds haven't moved -- it's stayed in that +850 to +950 range. Nor has there been much change in the $ coming in our 10.5 win total -- in fact it's improved a bit (juiced even further to the over), but that could be our B1G opponents looking weaker. Overall, bettors have not reacted much to our OOC performances. I've got concerns like most people, so it's nice to see this. Quote

On the injury note getting the feeling that Cig has had it with Harris. Dude seems determined not to go to the NFL because this was his chance to fix the narrative surrounding himself and he’s got Cig at every presser wondering about him. Pagoda 1 Quote
Stuhoo Posted September 20 Posted September 20 Here’s a conundrum for y’all: Add Tijan Jobe in his athletic prime to last year’s IU Football Championship team. How much more undefeated would they have been? Quote

Yea Cig said he’s practiced about 20% since he’s been there. Doesn’t sound like Cig has much confidence he will be reliable. Secondary is a big concern. Bigger now that it appears Harris may be a portal bust which is a fluke for this staff. Quote

This reads as though you think Harris doesn’t want to practice or work at getting better. What has been reported is Harris has been hurt. It was noted he was out with a lower body injury in fall camp and we all saw he got injured in the first quarter of the north Texas game. Frustrating? Yes. But I’m sure he wants to be out there. He’s day to day. Hopefully he’s back soon. Hovadipo, Home Jersey, Pagoda and 1 other 4 Quote

His head coach is actively calling out his practicing when it’s not needed he could have just been. “Looking forward to getting him back”. He went out of his way to point out how little he has practiced. That’s not helping his case skhoosier2 1 Quote

That’s not helping his case Exactly what I took from it when I listened which is why when you mentioned it, I commented above that I thought Cig feels he's not reliable. Probably red flags from last year at PSU not to mention even when he did practice there were things Cig said about him that were concerning. He doesn't have depth so IF Harris gets healthy, he's likely going to have to play him. Is there anyone behind Bell? Quote
Artie86 Posted September 21 Posted September 21 ...looking back, if Ju Ju Lewis actually ended up at IU, where he would be on the depth chart? I sort of wonder if he may be following a somewhat similar path like former 5* Christian Lander and IU Basketball. Stuhoo 1 Quote
