There is also a transit stop right there so if traffic is looking dumb we might to that. Starting to think the a 4pm pickup downtown might be too late anyway. Yep with the POTUS news today I’d budget an extra hour to get in at bare minimum. NashvilleHoosier 1 Quote

The narrative is what’s on my nerves. Miami pundits love to talk about how that’s so long ago and they’re a different team (see: Notre Dame) but love to point out our close wins to ODU and Iowa which is equally as long ago Quote

And then they looked mediocre at best against an Ole Miss that lost all their coaches. They played the game of their lives against Ohio State and somehow that’s all the pundits see. CSP 1 Quote

IDK that they really played that well against OSU. OSU was PATHETIC. Truly Quote
Magnanimous Posted January 14 Posted January 14 It looks like tickets are starting to drop (still very expensive). Ive seen multiple postings under $3000 now. I’ve also been told that Saturday is likely when they’ll hit their lowest. Quote

I would just about pull the trigger at the price you got (even if it's irresponsible because I don't have travel or accommodations arranged yet). Quote

I am by no means an expert and my advice SHOULD NOT BE FOLLOWED HERE. But I've been so fortunate to have exactly zero priority points with IU and forced to scour secondary markets for the last 3 games. Buying early was totally a mistake for the Rose and Peach Bowl. Tickets came way down as the game got closer and even more so the day before and day of (weather likely a factor for the Rose Bowl). The B1G championship game was the opposite. Buying early would have been way better as prices spiked as the game got closer (though I can't speak for day of). The biggest similarity between B1G champ and the CFP champ game is one fanbase being local. I'm highly skeptical of pricing coming down to its lowest over the weekend. But again I will retype my first sentence I am by no means an expert and my advice SHOULD NOT BE FOLLOWED. So...buy early!! Or...wait! Jeff Flabjohns, MartintheMopMan and J34 3 Quote

He'll be gone long before the game ends so that will just be normal postgame congestion. The issue is that Secret Service runs the entry gates to the event and it ends up being a more invasive entry process than going through airport security. At Daytona, it was Secret Service and TSA which I'm assuming was due to the AF1 flyover and the track being right next to DAB. A good 25% of the crowd was waiting in line to get in when the green flag dropped. I understand why it's the way it is, but it doesn't make it any less of a pain in the ass. Quote

Banksyrules Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Everyone using OSU as a reference point. They looked completely sluggish because of the layoff. 1-7 with teams with byes. You think we contacted OSU to get insights? Probably not . str8baller 1 Quote

The joy of the call ending with "but...Indiana is REALLY good" kinda outweighs anything else. This time it was Antrel Rolle calling in. The interview ended with being asked if he's going to the game and Rolle saying "Haven't decided yet, but man..............I'm nervous for this one." Quote

Another challenge is that there will most likely be a lot of local Miami fans waiting on last second deals not to mention Indiana people willing to take a mini-vacation to South Florida and “roll the dice”. That was definitely not an Atlanta scenario. IU Prof 1 Quote

Those are actually my favorite analyses to listen to; I find them reassuring. I mean, think about it, it's always total homers for the Canes who know the team inside and out. Plus, they're playing up the Canes' strengths to steelman them as much as possible. Yet, despite all of that, they can't pick against Indiana. Maybe being a lawyer has made me way too sensitive about believing anyone (on either side) based on their ability to put together an argument for why the team they root for is going to win. But when they can put together the argument, but still concede they're not going to win? I'll bask in that all day. Banksyrules 1 Quote

It's a nice look at Bain and Mesidor in particular. I continue to have faith in our coaches and players to see these same things and be ready to counter them. Landon Tengwall is a former Penn State lineman. I watched this video last night, and it was a really fun watch. He said he's going to post a video on Indiana's defense today. I think this was an excellent video, and I'm looking forward to watching the opposing side's line tonight. Quote
