I like his work around the hoop tonight too. Needs starter minutes. Adding a 3rd shooter with Conerway/Enright at point feels better to me. I’m not counting on the UK win, and they aren’t great, but that win would be big psychologically. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners I just hope we didn’t waste all our shots for UK against Penn st.! Quote

And if you are going to have a hangover...may have to remember what we did in the late 60's or 70's for that. I was thinking before IU destroyed Penn State that IU needed another scorer and a great passer. I mentioned TJD. Wilkerson (44 points in 24 minutes) stepped up as did the whole team. I liked the defense and the assists and the energy going after loose balls. And the change of the starting 5 helped kick start the evening. Had a lot to do with PSU's lack of experience. That and the home court advantages. I will have to review how IU stopped the opponent from streaking to the basket. Did IU defend better? Did PSU just give up? The UK game could be a cold-wet slap in the face being on the road.. Got to bring the energy into each game. That is the challenge. Is it 5 o'clock somewhere? I have to find some Cooper's Craft good stuff. Maybe sample a little before the Rose Bowl. Maybe... Quote

I was talking more of the run away game against a lesser opponent, unlike what we’ve seen over the last 2 decades. woodenshoemanHoosierfan and Home Jersey 2 Quote
