I saw that we have seven portal visitors today.  I think Hemby and the PSU backup qb are two. Does anyone have an idea who the others are?

That’s right.  Dead period just refers to in person contact.  During dead period the portal is still open and recruiting can happen electronically.

I want Mendoza because he's been more productive, but that'd be a pretty nice 2 deep on the QB chart.

I think Pribula could find a power conference team with an easier path to starting than being in the same QB room with Mendoza.

Just from listening to CCC, I never felt like Jackson was ever going to be the guy. I really wanted it to work out but something was missing in Coach's eyes. I'm confident that we will get a QB that fits what CCC is trying to build.

….and Jackson knew it too,…..obviously. I feel Coach Cignetti is always going to look for and find a productive and successful QB each year, unless he finds one will two or three years of eligibility. I really think that is his blueprint right now.

It wouldn’t surprise me if he ended up at UCLA with Coach Tino. I could see Sunseri looking for a few QBs and Tayven one of them.
