I just don’t think Sherrell is that guy. Interesting. I didn't catch a ton of Bama this year, but I've liked the clips I've seen of Sherrell. I watched almost every UConn game and I'm not convinced Reibe is that guy either. I would be concerned about paying him high end starting C money based on his defense, but if you pair him with a strong rebounding and rim protecting 4, I'd call it a win every day of the week. Sounds like USC is the early favorite for him. I really like Sherrell's efficiency and advanced metrics, but like I said, haven't watched many of his actual games. Curious what gives you pause about him? Ultimately, I think it's tough to say without knowing the $$ specifics. That said, it's a lot more exciting to think about Sherrell or Reibe than Alexis or Bailey. If we land either I will be pretty dang happy. Demo, Juwan Moye and skhoosier2 3 Quote

He was a top 40 HS recruit and just couldn't play at Duke on two title contending teams. Way better prospect than Miles. Juwan Moye, Kentuckysucks, NVFalcons1990 and 1 other 4 Quote

AH1971 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I would prefer Brumbaugh over one of Harris/Mustaf but that’s just because I prefer two ball handlers in the lineup over one. Mustaf and Harris seem like true wings whereas Brumbaugh is a combo guard. Hardwood83, BtownStrength, skhoosier2 and 2 others 5 Quote

Brumbaugh is probably more expensive than Harris or Mustaf, right? Not sure BannerVille 1 Quote

Lol Guess is all we can do, isn't it? I'm not trying to be argumentative, but in 2 yrs of college, he's been bad (see stats above.) The narrative is because he was buried behind NBA talent and didn't get his turn. Ok, all I am saying is while that might be true, that is projection. Harris has actually done jack squat in 2 seasons, whatever the reason. So annointing him as IU's starting SG seems wildly optimistic. I'd prefer someone that has actually done it in college, even at a lower level (a la Brumbaugh) than someone that hasn't done anything since HS 3yrs ago. Quote

All Big East 2nd team. Small and not a good 3 point shooter, but smart player, quick, tough and good distributor. Just need to have shooting around him. Stuhoo and Dave from Dayton 1 1 Quote
