coonhounds Posted January 28, 2025 Posted January 28, 2025 Archie had a losing record his last year....Yes but it felt like he could survive till the end of season. This feels worseSent from my SM-S926U using Tapatalk Scotty R 1

Crean maybe deserved his last year but it was obvious where the program was going. And now we have Woodson. Her narrative may be silly. But until Woodson is fired before the end of the season, she’s correct. Even if it’s trolling. Besides Sampson who else was fired mid season. Davis no finished the season Sampson yes because of rule violations Dackich no finished the season Crean no fired after the season Miller no fired after the season T White 1

It's already been decided, it's just not going to be officially announced until the conclusion of the season. If it hasn't been done, it hasn't be officially "decided." It's not decided until it's done. tkbbn 1

Her silly narrative doesn’t even conform to historical fact. Lou Watson quit at the end of the season, while Knight wasn’t fired during the season, nor was Davis, nor Dakich, nor Crean, nor Miller. Sampson was. In football, Pont, Corso, Cameron, DiNardo, Lynch, Wilson and Allen were all at the end of the season. Wyche left for the Bengals, Mal was let go the week before the season ended. It looks like Renue came to the corner to set a screen for Rice to come off a curl around the free throw line. Rice didn’t take it. But there were no second options cause everyone else was standing around. Yeah if the play was to throw it in the corner outside the 3 point line down 1 point with less the 4 seconds left with your best offensive rebounder on the bench just taken out in a mass confusion sub situation also taking out your mascot(Leal) then sending Malik to screen over in the corner with his defender to put the max amount of people in a small space then of course Woody knows what he is doing. I did the run on sentence kinda on purpose to show what a cluster F it was. thebigweave, Hutch89 and WeeDerkaNaut 1 2

Every situation is different, but absent a Kenny Payne style meltdown or a complete player revolt some sane minds have been consistently saying that March will be the end (other sane minds have disagreed). I suppose consecutive 25+ point losses could still prompt that implosive change and given the road ahead that’s possible but not likely. After the Iowa and Illinois games a complete meltdown looked imminently possible but we followed that debacle with a road win and two straight competitive losses. So for now, on we go to the end of the season before Woody’s departure is official. T White, piratehoosier, sirhoosierlot and 3 others 6

Trying to skim through everything I have missed quickly, but are you trying to say that no decision has been made, and that Dolson won't even start evaluation of whether to fire or retain Woodson for 6 weeks? Want to make sure I am comprehending that correctly before I judge.
