So was Painter he wanted to go to IU so bad.

I know but Leary got the last scholarship. I wonder if Painter went to IU how his career would be today. He wouldn't have gotten the Purdue job because he wouldn't had the connection to start his career at S. Illinois with Weber. With how things ended with RMK he probably wouldn't have been a coach at IU.

Yeah often wonder those same things myself.

He said he wasn't born for the last Knight championship so he could be born 88 or after. He could be Jordy Hulls for all I know. He said he was going to report me to the big guy later today. He now says I post on here and Peegs. I haven't posted on Peegs in 16 years. Tyme and I shared some DM's and are friends now. I don't think Tyme and NGW are the same person. Tyme said he went to IU in the early 90's and that we have met before. Much nicer than NGW.

I feel like Jordy wouldn't be on X, even on a burner, calling people stupid and talking the way he does. Maybe it's Damon Bailey LOL. He said his identity would be a surprise, but I am doubting it'd actually mean anything. But he's definitely getting paid currently to stick up for Woody.

It's a glorious day I'm not blocked by Tyme anymore. But he's unhappy because I said he and Scott Dolsons Burner hate the program.

That's cool. I am, and all it took was 1 post for that soft clown to block me.

Committee has a bunch of unwritten check marks that all at large teams have and one of them is having a winning record against the top 3 Quads.   If a team doesn’t have a winning record against the top 3 quads they probably are not making the tourney.   Q3 games a very important for mid major teams trying to get an at-large.  They don’t get the opportunities so Q3 is very important.Q3 games for high major teams are important so they can have winning record against the top 3 Quads.   Not all games within a Quad are created equal.  IU has a home win against USC (76) which is a Q3 however if they were 75 it would be considered a Q2 win.   IU has a win against Chattanooga (178) which is a Q3 2 spots down a Q4.    The USC win is a better win even though they are both Q3.

Sure they aren't made equally. But it's like that for every team in the nation. That's why I believe the committee looks at things more objectively.

But a non IU related question, why is North Carolina considered above Indiana? 1-6 against Q1 and a loss to Stanford at home?

I think she would like to move out before her daughter gets into school. If not she would like her to go to Yorktown

Yorktown is nice!  They try to emulate Fishers!  If she stays in the area, Yorktown is nice.  Cowan is a little more farming area, they are the 4th smallest school in the state.

Nah, I left reputation a little in shambles to the Bible thumpers.  Thought senior year and spring break was supposed to be fun.

But nah, I'm out in albany these days

Albany is decent!  Pete’s Duck Inn used to be a good place to eat.

I’m from Muncie Delta grad here now in St Louis we got up to 4 degrees today.

That’s pretty balmy, we are at -4.  Painter went to Delta.  They are the biggest county school, always good in Football and cross country!  I went to Cowan!

I played and graduated from Yorktown. 1972 grad. Go back quite often to meet up with high school teammates/friends and play golf.

I didn't expect to get on here and see a conversation about Cowan going on lol

Until today, have you even heard of it?  It isn’t a juggernaut for sports!
