Someone connected or being fed information, sure, but not someone on staff. FWIW, Tyme has not tweeted since May 16th, so it was obvious just an account that used to prop up the coaching staff. Once portal season was over, nothing has been said. Doesn't exactly sound like someone who is just an Indiana Hoosier fan....they had an MO of pushing an agenda and once that was completed, they exited. Thanks for the response. I was here for all the ngw drama and follow the tyme account. It's clearly someone connected, though I don't think it was a staff member directly. You make a good observation about the timing of games and posts.

No chance of NIT Ballo has been a better college player than Ware. Hatton is better than Sparks by default. Sophomore Mgbako and Cupps are better than freshmen Mgbako and Cupps (especially early last season). Guards? Rice, Carlyle, Gallo, sophomore Cupps, Newton, and Leal are worlds better than last year’s guards. Goode is a better shooter than anyone we had last season. And we have a VERY low-key five star in the mix to go with all of those more experienced pieces. So under worst case scenario we’re good for 20 or more wins. But we have MMW as coach and is at least = or could be worse than MMW for the ‘23-‘24 season! Could be? Tick, tock, tick, tock, etc. Just waiting for the big let down or the proverbial shoe to drop!!!! AZ Hoosier 1

He only won 23 games with a senior TJD, with six of those wins being by five points or less. This past year’s team won 19 games with seven of them decided by five points or less. A few things break differently and either season would look much different. Plus 20 wins isn’t even save job worthy. He won 21 games his first season and it was far from a good year. 25 wins should be the absolute floor for him this season to think about saving his job. go iu bb, Home Jersey, TadQueasy and 2 others 5

Not sure what the “save his job” standard will be. It’s more than 20. With Trayce he was a top 20 team. This roster has significantly more talent than that top 20 team. That team would’ve been screwed without 30+mpg from Gallo and Kopp. On this team Gallo and Goode project to be the first two off the bench. Woody built a terrible roster last year. That is not a problem anymore. Scotty R and Home Jersey 2

His latest quotes about guards being so important to winning in college show he is actually learning, too. We'll see, and I'll be cheering for the Hoosiers. I was a fire Mike Woodson guy, but he's survived, and now I want him to win. Stuhoo 1

Since that team lost by double digits in 8 of their 12 losses (66.7%), getting blown out less should also happen. Less than that would be very disappointing. Even when he had a decent roster with an AA big man and a first round lottery pick point guard, it was only a so-so year. Good compared to recent history but far from a great year. I think this is a fair floor. He is in year 4 and has what looks to be a strong roster, of his choosing.

Do you know the man? Good lord; an @$$ of a person? You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but I’ve gotten the impression that people that know Mike Woodson love and respect him as a person. And yet you don’t know him personally and somehow formed that conclusion. Dave from Dayton, Scotty R and CSP 1 2
