That is actually the biggest problem with Woodson’s system, or lack there of!  You can’t have your system hiring/recruiting, or whatever you want to call what does, the best/highest rated players available.  Players have to fit their role and whatever system and identity you run/play with

That's not true. One thing doesn't always have to do with the other. Unless it's been reported or heavily suggested that to be the case I don't see the point in pushing speculation as fact just because you don't like the guy.
