Went from head coach being a must, to half the finalists not even having Coordinator experience. Real bang up job Dolson is doing.

Lovie Smith was 10-6 as head coach when he was fired and had a winning record against Green Bay.  I would take that back for the Bears in a heartbeat.

i dont know what people expected. IU is not a desired destination for football coaches. scratch that anything football. If you want head coaching experience, it would have to be someone that has baggage or from the non P5.
