We shouldn't be in year 3 and thinking just making the tournament would be a good coaching job.

I could live with it if either or both of the first two seasons had been a smashing success. But we lost 14 and 12 games, and we appear to be headed for at least that many losses this time.

It just feels like this program is permanently stuck in the past and will never seriously be able to hang with the modern day big boys of college basketball.

That very well could happen.

But this is also his and the team's 4th game without 70% of last year's production. It may take a few more games. That's reality.

That’s fair. The problem for me is that all the places we need to improve, we were bad at last year. So I’m left wondering where we get the improvement fun.

We will be fighting for a NCAA appearance with all this “talent”.  I’ve got concerns.
I do not see it happening. I am not sure we make nit. Strong take but I am not impressed. Really hopeful I am wrong

Woody couldn't coach an offense to save his life is a massive problem. And don't get me started on the assistants. They arent coaches. Problem is, you can just move on from Woody without likely having bad blood. But man... We need someone on that bench that knows anything at all about offense... Some defensive knowledge would really help too.

Wow this is embarrassing!

I always think being so bad that you’re the team against whom the other coach gets to put his own dopey kid in during the last minutes is the ultimate embarrassment.

I feel like I’ve seen it from IU a lot the last decade.

Woody needs to spend an entire practice on just teaching the fellas to not overhelp.

This happens game after game after game -- and somehow, we just don't learn.

You gotta stick with your man.

Who do you think is teaching them to over help?
