Another factor here is time of day. 2 AM? Go home dude, your night is over. Don't think the cops aren't considering that as well. 

If I was a cop, I'd be incredibly annoyed an adult is causing this much of a disturbance over what's probably a $10 Taco Bell order, even if he was wronged by incompetent employees.

Better smash his window and rip him out of the car!

The need to defend poor decision after poor decision that ultimately resulted in a needless arrest is ASTOUNDING.

Woody deals with MM, and his appropriate punishment.

BPD does their usual " internal" investigation.(hopefully with bodycam info). And the officers are dealt with accordingly.(good or bad)

And Taco Bell has their own CCTV footage, to deal with their employees appropriately. (good or bad)

Video evidence is the best witness!

I think many of us totally get your point. MM should have just left to make it all go away. Do you realize that you yourself won't just stop and let it all go away? Do you realize that? You are being MM in a bad situation. Most are not disagreeing, but please leave the parking lot then it's over. Your posting is fighting against your own argument.

I once got mad at a taco bell because I ordered that thing they make that contains a tortilla, beef and cheese and they gave me that other thing they make that contains a tortilla, beef, and cheese.

It's the rubik's cube of fast food.  Just move the ingredients around a little and you have a completely new dish.

They're tearing it down to build a car wash. That's part of the problem the workers don't care anymore and the owner has already been bought out. So if they want to close for a smoke break at lunchtime which has happened, not fulfill your online order, or just not want to make your food it's ok and if you get mad they call the police. SO yes don't go there till it's demolished here soon
