I think he's the #3 shooting guard in his class and could be anywhere between 14-18 overall. I could rattle off 5 names pretty quick that shouldn't be ahead of him. 

The big 3, Haralson as sophomores with the right pg and they could be something. Maybe Cupps.

Unless Woody shows some insane improvement with his guards... Mullins is going elsewhere. These recruitments never ends up well for Indiana. Probably ends up at Kansas, UConn or Michigan.
