LIHoosier Posted January 21, 2023 Posted January 21, 2023 How this works!!! Each week I will create Prediction League threads for the weeks game(s). It's a simple concept: Each week you start with 100 points (only if a prediction is made, otherwise 0 points for the week) +25 PTs if you guess the winner -25 PTs if you pick the loser +10 PTs if guess IU score correctly +10 PTs if guess Opponent score correct -The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of IU (over/under doesn't matter) -The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of opponent (over/under doesn't matter) *** Reminder if you post a prediction and want to change it, please just POST a NEW Prediction, do not edit a prior post as I may miss those edits. The person with the most points (MINUS 2 LOWEST GAMES) at the end of the season wins

Dave from Dayton Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Mini soda is not a good team. But they do not quit. And they are at home. They just jump out and score early and fade. I hope they fade. Their center, Garcia, got 2 fouls early against Meat Chicken. It was game over. That and they only got 7 FTAs. IU, on the road? Take a deep breath. IU 76 Watsamatta U. 64

BottomLine Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 Indiana needs to be careful here. After three strong efforts this could be a bounce game. Mix a bit of over confidence with a road game isn't a good recipe. Also worried about Hood-Schfino's left (shooting) wrist. After falling on the wrist in the first half of the Illinois game, he has scored only two points total in his last three halves. So far others have stepped up to cover the deficit. Geronimo, Bates and Galloway have filled in the scoring nicely. Hope this continues. Maybe it is Kopp's turn again. To win consistently IU need a couple of reliable scorers behind Jackson-Davis.
