He’d be the expected starter at this point, right? Especially given Williams’s recovery timeline?

Another example of due diligence early paying dividends later on. Building/maintaining that relationship throughout high school - even when it was clear he wasn’t coming - helped him land here.

I’d think so. I guess another scenario would be bringing in a grad transfer to give him a QB competition and help bring him along for a year? He’s still pretty young. I think they need another older guy for depth regardless because that’s a really young room.

I’d say Dasan and Barner will be the two departures we really feel. Need Bomba and Steinfeldt to step up now. Mostly just depth pieces other than that. QB too of course, but we’ll hopefully feel that for different reasons lol.
