Getting Liam to commit on or right after that visit would be huge for recruiting momentum with guys like Queen/Fland, who have played with him and/or know they aren't the only elite option joining IU in 2024.

I have to agree with you. Don't want to say it's a must but you need to start getting commitments before the season starts. Yes, this would open the door with Queen and Fland.

Nice little summary scouting report on McNeeley.

Remains my favorite kid with an offer outside of Darryn Peterson. Total offensive widget. Love him. Getting him and Queen on campus at the same time can’t possibly be a bad thing.

Something to keep an eye on in McNeeley’s recruitment: Emanuel Didly, Porter Moser’s lead recruiter, is leaving OU for Duke. OU has always felt 3rd on this one, so doubt it matters there. But, could Duke get involved?

TJ Power and Filipowski recently. Let’s hope not but Duke and it’s Nike perks are very hard to impossible to beat for who they prioritize.

Pretty good breakdown. This kid, Daniel Olinger, has had a fair amount of content pop up in my feed lately and he does good work.

You are correct, that is very well written.  Many of the young writers seem to try to hard for clever words but it just comes off sounding terrible.  This writer did a very good job of explaing the why and how and his description of the wrong footed shot show he seems to understand the game and how to convey interesting information and not just spray words out like too many other i come across.

Derik Queen reminds me of Will Sheehey.

I guess if you had smoke some good stuff. One is a 6'6 white guy who played on the wing and the other is a 6'9 black post player. Besides that they are pretty similar
