Pretty much, they'll get a few headlines and some talking heads will say how disappointed they are for a few weeks. They'll land a top 5 class next year and everyone will forget. Nothing to see here.

If it's "first come, first served" on the NCAA violations list, they're safe until about 2038 or so (unless they stupidly self-penalize).

Violating the rules and regulations is one thing, but the folks at Memphis took this to the next level.
