I think Leal's Northwestern performance would answer half that question.  I certainly would have given Kopp and Geronimo more run than Stewart today, though.

Question for the offseason probably, but how much talent can be found on the transfer portal for IU to be in the upper half of the conference? How many are willing to pick IU? This team could lose a lot and our margin for error is so small even with Race and Trayce. Next season could be ugly without those two

How about Bates?  This was the best game he's played in 2022 by far.

Wow this team has been hard to watch lately. I believe they are feeling the pressure to win to make tournament . Big ten officiating added takes a lot of joy out of the game. I am very disappointed in there mental toughness. I will say they played hard and gave effort but they have to step up and hit those FREE THROWS.

He was definitely a pleasant surprise in what otherwise was a game to forget. Happy he showed some signs of life - a little late but nice to see regardless

There's only a couple players getting worse.  Unfortunately they get a lot of minutes.

We're close imo.  We just gotta change some minutes around and not get homered at places like Michigan State

Indiana last season with Archie: 50th in Ken Pom. Indiana today with Woody: 47th in Ken Pom. Feel the culture building!

We don’t have the proper talent but we’re good enough to be in the tourney. I just don’t see that happening now. I don’t really care who agrees or not but Woodson isn’t the guy. He just isn’t. Red flags all over the place with his coaching decisions and philosophy. I’ve never come to a conclusion on a coach this quick but I’ll be shocked if we ever do anything under his lead.
