Jalen Cone, 5'11" guard. Athletic but small.

Averaged 17.6 points last year, 40% from three.  Played at Virginia Tech prior to playing at Northern Arizona.  Looks like Painter knows the shortcomings of his guards.

California.

I'm sure if there are going to be any new commitments today, it will happen the next 4 hours. I have to clerk a HS Track meet.

I guess if I were the coach and I had a lineup that had just cut a 10 pt deficit to 1 over last 8 minutes (for example). I'm coming out with that same lineup rather than the one that dug the original hole. I guess that's stupid because others don't do that

IMO, that sounds like a great plan in abstract but you start adding names to those lineups and it can quickly illustrate why that strategy is not always as good as it sounds. For example, if there was a game where both JHS and TJD started sluggishly and the opponent started really hot, are you really going to leave your only real PG and your AA post on the bench to start the 2nd half because the subs were able to cut into the early lead?

I think it goes back to watching RMK doing this over the years. He even did this in the national semi final against UNLV in 1987. Darryl Thomas had 3 fouls in the first 5 minutes of the game and Steve Eyl came in and played well. To start the half Eyl started instead of Thomas

This is way more likely to be in response to Anthony seeing all the college girls in short shorts, crop tops, sundresses, etc during 70+ degree weather.

Ah, those were the days.

You mean not every post the players make are related to the team/basketball!?
