WayneFleekHoosier Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Crap, he’s actually a pretty good pickup, he would have been a great add for IU, versatile big that can shoot a bitUnderwood doesn’t mess around. Illinois is going to have talent as long as he’s around. Ohio State, Michigan, Illinois gonna be talented going forward. UNC really thought they’d get him. Baylor played him at a wing and listed him as a guard. Stuhoo, thebigweave and lillurk 3 Quote
Uspshoosier Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 Probably a reason Drew let him walk. Baylor will probably be better. I watched a ton of Baylor games the last couple years and when he was a role player and the 4th or 5th option he was really good. Last year he tried to do way too much almost every game. Definitely going to try and get his if he hasn’t touched shot it in a couple possessions. Hopefully they got enough balls and to go around to make him and Shannon happy. I would be surprised if he is the missing piece that all or sudden made Illinois way better then they would of been without him. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again. Mississippi State transfer Rocket Watts has committed to Oakland University, he tells On3sports. Began his career at Michigan State. Quote

Someone needs to tell him the three point line is the same distance from the hoop at all colleges. 28% as a freshman, 25% as a sophomore, 27% as a junior. Going to go out on a limb and say he can't hit them at Oakland either. Class of '66 Old Fart, WayneFleekHoosier and lillurk 3 Quote
Uspshoosier Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 I know some of you might of been concerned with this guy coming back to Rutgers. Worry not he is staying in the draft. Lol. Probably averaged 3 pts a game if that Class of '66 Old Fart, RaceToTheTop, Stuhoo and 1 other 1 3 Quote

Averaged 9 points as a freshman. You'd figure 28% could be improved on from a freshman year... Just didn't happen. Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 Caleb Houstan staying in the draft too. Okay Hoosiers…this here conference is ours for the taking.I really thought one would come back. Jett Howard is really good and Dickinson is a beast. They will still be good, but this hurts them in preseason rankings especially and overall quite a bit. Tis awfully nice.Agreed. Things looking wonderfully Cream N Crimson. I think Jett Howard was playing like a top 10 kid at the end of the season. Curious if he has a Caleb Houstan-Like season. I hope so. B1G will be better than we all expect but we are going to be the favorites. Wisconsin, Rutgers, Purdue will all be better than we anticipate. OSU and Illinois look good. MSU looks down but can’t ever count them out. Iowa has some pieces. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
