Why have Big Ten officials refused to call the reach in the post when the defenders arms are draped over the offensive player?  Watched it time and time again with the big from Rutgers in the Hall.  See it called in almost every college basketball game.

Sadly the lineup looks pretty solid compared to some stuff we have seen in the past from our more experience players
