Purdue is absolutely screwed with the FAU draw too.

FAU has a very big, very strong, pretty quick defensive 7 footer and on offense the spread the floor and shoot threes.

And then a potential very hot Duke team?!?

Oh goodness that’s a suck draw for Puredoo.

Purdue’s style of play doesn’t work in this tournament. They don’t have the guard play to win consistently. I also agree on FAU. Any athletic team who can shoot gives Purdue problems. Heck, that’s the case against most B1G teams really

FAU is a team of one very large defensive minded monster of a big and a bunch of excellent, aggressive 6’2” - 6’4” guys.

Does that work for you?

Tried applying a lot of ideas that @Uspshoosierhas talked about in making my bracket this year.  Last year went totally with my WAR ratings, this year only looked at them for 'tie breaker' types of things.  Using the bracket matrix scoring system, last year I was around 320 and only beat a few of the veterans they list (USPS I think had a score that put him in the top 15%).  My bracket this year scored a 352, which when compared to last year's bracket scores would have put my 65th out of 148 of those who have been posting their brackets for at least three years.  About to do USPS's score....expect he will once again be higher than me and expect his will be near in the upper tier when compared to those on bracketmatrix.

Miami’s only excellent post defender just got injured with a real ankle problem.

Marcus Sasser may miss time for Houston with a groin injury.

We may or may not win games, but this is an absolute dream draw.

Realistically, this is as good as it could be. If they bring hair on fire urgency and full focus there’s a run to be made.
