He's a redshirt freshman and he was a spring enrollee. It's reasonable to expect him to get stronger, but he's already been on campus for a while. And he was listed as four pounds heavier last year than he is this year.

I think it's time to see Tuttle -- or someone other than Ramsey. If Penix truly has a broken collarbone, we can't afford the risk of Ramsey getting hurt in garbage time.

I still think playing Ramsey at this juncture is kinda foolish -- and risky. No reason for him to be in there, especially if Penix has a serious injury and won't play for a while.
