It's been quite a while since we've won one like this for a top 50 guy from out of state. Archie has been doing quite well as a recruiter and there’s definitely legitimate interest from Garcia. In general, my sense is that there seems to be some good juju going on in the program with TJD, Armaan, and Brunk in the fold and after the commitments of Leal, Galloway, and Geronimo. IU has a chance to improve its position with a great official visit. Which is almost a given since majority of officials go really well. If Garcia connects with current team and staff then maybe he won’t need to visit Marquette again before deciding in the early signing period. Marquette has been on him the longest and have made him a priority early. The reason people think Marquette is a slight favorite is because he took an official visit as a junior and has been there on a couple unofficials. This will be his first time on IU’s campus so really important visit to show off all that Assembly Hall and Cook Hall has to offer.
