Going to be hard for Archie to recruit with these performances.

I've always liked the IPFW coach. He does Fort Wayne radio all the time and he is always so confident. Like that dude. Good for him. He's going to get a good payday somewhere.

I'll believe Indiana is back when we are back. Not going to hold my breathe.

A team that beat ND and went toe to toe against Duke has enough to beat Fort Wayne.  Yes.

Fort Wayne had more contested shots in shoot around.

We weren't even competitive at home as we got whooped by a mid major.  Again.  The talent excuse needs not apply.

 

I'm not jumping off a cliff because I never climbed that high.  I'm running even keel to IU expectations for decades now...

This game showed me that Archie needs his players to be effective.  No slight but just means we have to be patient during a four year cycle.

This is one of those games where I won’t be watching. We either do what we should do, or give me a coronary. Very little upside to these games, and I’m sure IPFW is going to be fired up.

Like I said, glad I didn’t watch. Lol...

This sucks, but this literally does not surprise me. This team is still weak mentally. Notre Dame was their potential, this is their worst, but closer to their reality.

Still expect us to play well in January, and even better in February and March (wherever that may be).

We were good enough to beat ND and be tied with Duke with 4 or 5 minutes to go.  We are not filled with elite talent but the worrisome thing is how some of the players  do not even seem interested in some of the games.  Nearly 20 TO's against Fort Wayne but only 9 against Duke?  This team has more, much more, issues than talent.

That's 63%.

This with the Indiana State loss pretty much destroyed our chances of getting in the tournament if we’re near the bubble.

I’m most worried about this effecting our recruiting. It was straight up embarrassing to look at the score without even watching the game. Can’t imagine what it was like to watch.

what are guys like Romeo, TJD, Brooks, etc thinking when they see this and everyone trashing our program? Yikes.

He created a roster that would have a tough time contending in a mid-major conference. This season is as much an indictment on GM/recruiter Crean.

This is where I hope the boys use common sense. Changing offensive and defensive systems in less than seven months isn't going to be pretty, especially when you have a bunch of non IQ basketball players. 

We just don't have the talent. Yes this season reminds us of previous years under CTC. We'd perform well against great competition and then we'd played down to a mid major school. We we replaced the coach and we're still seeing the same thing. How is this occurring, well we still have CREAN's players playing under Archie.

I've said it before, this team does not have the killer instinct.  U can't bring it one game out of every 5 games u play and consider yourselves killers.  That one game u brought it just means u musta got good sleep the night before.  This team gives the impression theyd rather get the game over and head home to play video games and drink chocolate milk.
