VO5 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Meh. This was going to happen. Not worried about a couple 3 stars looking elsewhere. ElectricBoogaloo 1 Quote

Alford Bailey Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Not surprised or necessarily upset by some movement here. I mean this underwhelming class was some part of the reason Crean was let go. LIHoosier and IUsafety 2 Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Adios boys. Crean outdid himself with this class. Kidding aside, it's for the best for all. I like Justin Smith and Clifton Moore but Durham is not that great. He and his family seemed really cool though. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 The transfer season is upon us. A year ago, there were about 100 college basketball players who decided to leave and go elsewhere at the semester break. Then another 600 or so departed after the season ended. This was on ESPN.com in January. The point is that even if our new coach is late getting into the game, there is a huge pool of players to look at in the transfer pool but also still uncommitted '17's as well. Now certainly, the talent level of the transfers isn't going to be 5-star but unless the whole darn roster leaves, the new coach can plug some holes for the '17-'18 season with the talent that is out there. And if it's who most of us hope it is, I don't think the new coach will have a whole lot of problems in that regard. Crimson and Cream and WayneFleekHoosier 2 Quote

ALASKA HOOSIER Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 I'm all in for durham. His attitude ....and his family... very IU. He would be a contributor x 4 years and would probably be a fan fave. Alford Bailey Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Seems like a risky move by Durham. #239 recruit. He committed so early. Who else had interest in him? Quote
