This just sucks.  No way Crean leaves with this many key injuries.  I know we are all hoping it won't matter but let's just be real for a sec.  If Glass wants him to stay, this is a perfect situation for him to keep him.  He now will not hafta come up with some lame excuse now.  This poor program can't catch a break.

I kinda agree man. Even though the team wasn't very good before the injuries, Glass could very well use that as a crutch to keep Tom Crean

It just seems Crean can do no wrong.  It's obvious Fred doesn't care what fans think.  Maybe fans should just say eff u Tom and Fred and don't go to games.  Idk.  My gut just tells me Crean is secure for a long time to come.  Otherwise we'd have made a change.

IU will always sell tickets. If you want to make a statement, students or other fans, it would take something else. Maybe a 5 minute late entrance, won't happen too cold. Maybe fans turning their backs to the court when Crean is introduced? I'm not sure Glass or other important people care a ton if the money is rolling in, players are staying out of trouble, and there's not a clearcut replacement.

Or don't do anything.  I mean complete dead silence.  The opposite of love isn't hate, it's apathy.

It's happening, isolated case but my friends and I were planning on going to to the game tomorrow at Northwestern and after everything, peaking with the 30 point loss to Michigan, we said f it.

We aren't the only ones that are tired of this, but yes, a good amount of red will still be seen tomorrow. It will take another generation to completely turn this program into Illinois but we are well on our way

I've been to one IU game since 2012. Mississippi Valley State the weekend after Thanksgiving this season lol. I've just been tired of it since the Syracuse game. I knew what was coming

It sucks, but yes if they want to follow Indiana. Outside of a protest on campus that gets press, people like us don't have the money to force much.

I haven't missed an IU game at Northwestern in the past 12 years, until now (not going tomorrow).  Watching the broken record of Tom Crean coaching mistakes has finally sapped my passion.  The Illinois comparison is scary.  But yes, we're heading there and I hope Glass will come around to that fact sooner rather than later.

How long do we wait into the college offseason to make a move? If both Donovan and Stevens are coaching into May that could make us miss out on not only recruits and transfers, but other really good coaches.

I'd say no later than Mid April right? Have to make sure we hit the recruiting trail early so we will need a coach before the summer.

As bad I want Stevens, it just doesn't seem possible at all. They are number 2 in the East... about to have a #1 pick this year and next year...
