I'd love to see anyone defend him now. Especially from the 7 min mark in

Hey, he had a brilliant play coming out of the timeout.  You know, the one where Anunoby dribbled to the corner in no man's land, then passed to Bryant on the perimeter with the shot clock winding down?  Wait, did I say brilliant?  I meant expected.

Remember when Crean had Freddie in the game during crunch time?

Classic Crean!

JB injury and prayers saved Creans job last year.

This is pathetic. Like I said pregame. Play 8!

I don't see any reason to play more then 7. Cujo, Green, mcswain, mcroberts don't need to see many unless there is a blowout. Maybe 8 if Hartman is officially back

I listened to Crean's radio show last night.

I had a bad feeling.

We got dominated by Louisville. Just manhandled.

Creans perspective- shots weren't dropping, blaming steps and little footwork issues.

You could tell he didn't watch the same game I did. Louisville beats us 9 of 10 games. It was domination.

Are you surprised?  At MSU I think he was watching the Globetrotters instead of the Spartans.

A three game losing streak!  That last time that happened at IU....the last time Crean did it in 2015.  This is really embarrassing.

Year after year we lose to Wisconsin, Nebraska, Penn State, Northwestern.  Yet once or twice a year we beat a really good team and that appeases some people.  That's shocking to me.

IU has been to the Final Four every decade of basketball except the 60's.  40s, 50s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s.  We have 3 more years to add another decade to the list or lose it forever.  Will Tom Crean ever get us there?  I don't think there's any way.  Fire him please.

Crean simply isn't a competent coach. It's up to the administration to do what must be done at this point.

There was an article linked that summed it up perfectly (unfortunately, it was written when Crean was hired...).  His biggest strength and biggest weakness make him a poor fit at an Indiana.  He's a promoter not a tactician, Indiana needs a tactician.

Just to play devil's advocate (even on myself), here were Crean's comments from his radio show about Wisconsin:

"They are the most experienced team in the country and they play like it. They pass the ball quickly and they pass the ball effectively. They have the best interior spacing, they play outside in, inside out."

Pretty much exactly what Wisconsin's been doing so far in the first half.. He also made comments about defenders playing with their hands up to avoid uncontested looks and not over-helping.

It sounds like he hit the nail on the head with his comments.. how much of the blame goes to players not executing as opposed to coaching? Is this just a low IQ team? It's pretty obvious based on his comments that Crean knew what to expect and I'm guessing, prepared his guys to play against it.. what's the freakin deal with this team?!

There's a big difference between identifying the problem and solving the problem.
