Is it two pronged good news, or just one prong.  As in are we getting firing and hiring news or just firing

I believe that there will be a separation from Crean in the no later than Monday. I think that the movement of coaches today may have bought him a few extra days.

Rumor is Crean has not been taking any calls personally has made his agent do it and it has rubbed teams the wrong way. They all realize they are his back up plan and it has made them move in different directions. From sounds of it we could be looking at another Bob Knight situation. Just without the results. Crean is gonna FORCE them to fire him. I know you guys wanna see this as good news but I am taking it the opposite. Crean is gonna keep his job by making Freddy his side piece lol.

A change must be made, the apathy for IU basketball has gone out of control. Man, how I miss coach Knight's teams... Cheaney, Bailey, Graham, Nover, Henderson, Anderson, Reynolds, Meeks and Mr. Hoosier himself, Leary. Hopefully someday, tough to watch the NCAA's tomorrow without our beloved Hoosiers, Indiana will be back!!!

I want to believe it's Billy D, but have a hard time believing we have any perspective coach in the bag with how hard Glass has been fighting to retain Crean. If I was the AD and sniffed Billy D wanted the IU job, I am moving on from Crean even if the timing was last year.

Perhaps Donovans price tag was so great that Glass decided it was better to just stick with Crean.

Then he got his butt chewed out today and told to find the money.  Hence the meeting with Boosters.

He's been pushing the Donovan rumor hard for a while.

If there's been positive ground there and it's a matter of timing on when he starts, then I can see Glass delaying to bye that time.  That's partly me trying to convince myself that landing Donovan is actually possible, but it's about the only way I can see benefit to waiting and waiting the way he has.

Thing is, there was mutual interest two years ago. Yogi and Troy coming back along with Bryant's impending commitment saved Crean.

Even better news Bossi just tweeted Cuonzo is gonna go hard after Mark Smith. So he is gonna get the Porter brothers and Smith. Cuonzo hasnt shown he can do much w talent but Mizzou will have some dudes next year at the very least.

Believe me i am not backing this rumor but do hope it is true. Just remember that glass fighting for crean is all speculation also. He has said nothing and don't appear to be in a hurry to do so. That could mean anything imo

Here is the stuff of my dreams...

Glass is just stringing along Crean to fire him on July 1st after he try to punk him with Mizzou. Then he announces Donovan has been working behind the scenes as coach since April and recruiting like a boss.
