TTT Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 Spoken like a true coach who doesn’t have a great QB because a great QB begins with a great OL (at least a very good one). Par year after year. Quote
Loaded Chicken Sandwich Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 So all over Twitter I see how Shivers will have a great breakout year... But I'm still not seeing it. He didn't do anything special at Auburn and he will definitely have a much worse offensive line here at Indiana. I honestly feel bad for any QB or RB right now. Any type of potential they have is getting dragged down because of the OLine. Stuhoo 1 Quote
TTT Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 And high level major league touted QBS do not consider mediocre OLs. That leaves those with a kink or shortcomings who are trying to make something out of or improve their ability often only to getting development stunted. Quote

And what's even more unfortunate is if, if it does indeed happen it will likely cost CTA his job or at least put him directly in the hot seat. It will probably cause a mass exit of transfers out the door, more decommits, etc. etc. All because he was too stubborn to let go of a failed OL coach from last season. I've forgotten the layout of Memorial Stadium, where are the good seats for old timers who like to sit close but not stand the whole time? Hoosierfan1901 1 Quote
