  1. Classic. I remember when I first read that line in your trial transcript. Ironic now that you're not allowed within 300 feet of them.

  3. Those words will be uttered by an overjoyed Don Fischer on Saturday as the Hoosiers run towards the South end zone at the Horseshoe to celebrate the improbable win. Surely this win saves Wilson's job at Indiana. Four defensive forced turnovers led to three Tevin Coleman touchdowns and one Shane Wynn receiving TD. The Buckeyes were down 4 late and were driving, but Tegray Scales intercepted Barret's pass to seal the deal for the Hoosiers.      Or OSU 42-  IU 14   One of the two

  4. ^^Some good news. OV set with IU on Dec. 12 now.   Alex McCarthy @akmccarthy   Simon Stepaniak, #iufb's first commit for 2015, has cancelled his official visit to Louisville, "100% with IU":

  5. Like I said when we heard that OG and Juwon were delaying in the early signing period. Everyone reads too much in to relatively minor actions of 17-year-old kids.

  19. In light of the mess of the past 3 weeks, I believe this (and OG's signing) says a LOT about our staff's ability to recruit. Assuming the kids stay out of trouble (which may be a big assumption...

  20. Well, the words are spelled correctly so that's an improvement.   The real entertainment would be hearing them explain how they're each other's brother, uncle AND cousin.

Dang. For Kensucky to lose this year, they have to run into a team that spreads the court and has at least five or six guys that can stroke the three ball. Wonder if there's a team like that out there? ;)

  35. http://www.denverpost.com/broncos/ci_26962846/broncos-mailbag-how-loud-grows-call-sign-lineman-richie-incognito   Hey, Mike. Love the mailbag. Any chance that we might see Cody Latimer this season? Andre Caldwell has had his chances; Wes Welker just does not seem like the same player this year. And with Emmanuel Sanders' recent concussion, it seems like it may be the right time to give the highly touted rookie a shot. What do you think?   Thaddeus - I agree. It's time for the Broncos to take the training wheels off Latimer, their second-round draft pick this year. Not necessarily because of problems with Caldwell and Welker as receivers. I thought Caldwell performed quite well Sunday at St. Louis in what was his first significant chance at playing time this year.   It's just that Latimer would bring some added strength, toughness and physicality to an offense where all the talk is about how it needs more strength, toughness and physicality.   Latimer was the ninth of 11 receivers taken within the first two rounds of the 2014 NFL draft. The Broncos had him ranked in their top five or six in part because he was considered the best blocker among the draftable receivers.   Like so many rookie receivers, Latimer has been slow to pick up the nuances of the position. It's not just route running. It's knowing what routes Peyton Manning wants his receivers to run after reading the defense while lined up at the line of scrimmage. It's knowing how to get off the line of scrimmage when a linebacker comes over to deliver a pop of the pad or cornerback is lined up two feet away from the grill of the facemask.   The problem is, once the season starts, it's difficult for a rookie to develop because he doesn't get many, if any, practice reps during the 11-on-11 team sessions. Practice time is limited so 95 percent of the reps go to the first teamers, 5 percent to the second teamers.   But it's time to start giving Latimer more work in practice, then determine whether he shows enough improvement and understanding to start playing a little on the remaining Sundays.

  37. Only 42? I fully expect them to hang at least 60 on us. They'll be in full-blown stat padding mode these next three weeks to try and get into the playoffs. Plus you know our coaching staff won't be able to get these guys to play with enough pride to stop them from doing it.

  45. Anyone else feel a bit of resentment that we're not in the Champions Classic? I mean, I know why we aren't, but it just irritates me that those four teams get to take part in it every year while our "marquee home game" is Southern Methodist.
