Brass Cannon Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Holding does not get called on the Pats. What page of the NFL rule book is that on Quote
TheWatShot Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 3rd and 10, for the third time. First down coming...probably Edelman again. Quote

TheWatShot Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Nope, Gronk for the first down. This offense just isn't stoppable. Quote

IUfan_Charlie Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 KC has the MVP QB and he can't do anything but watch his trash defense get destroyed. NFL OT rules are garbage. Just use the college rules. Maybe make them start at the 35 or 40 instead of the 25. Quote
IUfan_Charlie Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Pats deserve to be awful for a decade once Brady retires. Quote
Hovadipo Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Chiefs had multiple 3rd and long’s and couldn’t get a single stop even though the commentator was telling the entire world exactly what Brady was about to do to them. conspiracy tho 8bucks, Hoosierfan2017 and mdn82 3 Quote

Their d-line wasn’t getting close. Gutless coaching. Hovadipo 1 Quote
Hoosierfan2017 Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 The roughing the passer call was questionable but you can't be mad about them calling offsides when the player clearly lined up offsides. You can't make mental errors like that against a team like New England. 8bucks 1 Quote

Gonna enforce rules like that then how about enforcing the holding the Pats were doing to protect Brady on those drives. I saw at least 2 blatant holds go uncalled. Quote

The defender's hand brushed across his shoulder pads. That was it. They said a flag was thrown because the official thought his hand touched his facemask. That's where we are in football today. Quote

Lining up offsides isn't a tricky tack call. They called offsides several other times during the game, including against New England. All the player had to do was not line up offsides and his team would have won. If the Patriots had won the game with a defensive stop on a play where a defender was offsides you wouldn't think it was a ticky tack call. You would be using it as evidence that the NFL is rigged for the Patriots. You're not frustrated because a player was flagged for offsides, you're frustrated because it benefitted New England. Bet that goes well! *Brady secures another OT 3rd and long conversion* Demo 1 Quote
TheWatShot Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Romo pointed out the Pats LT was lined up illegally on the play and he thought the call would be illegal formation. Quote
HoosierAloha Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 It’ll be interesting to see the narrative. I think Brady is given one more and them the torch will be passed to Mahomes. KingPG21 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Starting to love Deebo Samuel. If he runs well enough at the combine I'd be down with him as our first round pick. Dude is dominating the senior bowl reps Quote
