Would make sense. Conditt is blowing up and he's within driving distance. Chicago Suntimes article on his fast rise:

Decent list of offers prior to July as well...

Would be fantastic IMO. Lacks a PG. maybe Devonte or Durham could handle it.

I really hope Green gets 15 mpg running the team. If we miss on a top 2018 PG he could run the team after Newkirk is gone. I'm not sold on Durham running point as a frosh but would like to see him develop in that area to prepare for a backup pg role his sophomore year.

We could really be gearing up to compete starting next season. Obviously, a few dominos will have to fall in our favor.

We should have one of the top frontcourt with a dominant big in Davis, serviceable backup in Thompson, and versatile players in Morgan and Moore. Add a athlete in Smith and that should be able to compete with most in the B1G.

I'm a little concerned with our guards, most important at the point. It's critical we either land Garland or Green gets a season to run point. Adding Romeo or a dominant scorer at the 2 is also important.

Haven't been on in awhile. What's the scoop on recruiting? Are we in the running for Romeo? Etc

Landed Race Thompson, Aaron Henry could commit at any second, and sounds like we are Top 2 for Romeo.

I'm sure I'm in the minority but I'd rather have Anderson than hunter. Anderson is an instate player and I feel that his ranking reflects his true talent while hunter's is more based on potential. For example anderson's shot is polished and hunter's is improving. But upside probably lands with Hunter. Just my two cents.

Are people thinking Henry plays the 2 in Archie's system?  Why do we need him and Anderson/Hunter

He's a small ball 3/4

Hunter might also be sold on development and being a good teammate until his opportunity arises. We also have Green, Jones, and Durham at minimum with a possibility of another guard or two. There are a lot of scenarios why we would take him and Anderson/Hunter. An article stated he can play either forward position as well.

Small ball run em lineup of Thompson, Henry, Smith, Durham, and Green?

As I coach a little and see how the game has evolved, I give less and less credence to assigning positions to players. The team on the court needs five players who can collectively cover all of the skill sets needed to win. Therefore, I am cautious to assign someone as a "two" or "three". Just let them all be winning basketball players who between them can do everything it takes.
