Hopefully Darius and family see the Vandy staff’s last desperate shot at hope with all these phone calls and contacts as annoying instead of thinking something like “wow, they are really putting in work to get us to go there”, and be impressed by it (which I highly doubt). Plus, if he has  made up his mind already then hopefully nothing they do or say at this point could change it.

There are a few ESPN family games on tomorrow, so it COULD be halftime or pre/postgame on one of those broadcasts. Monday is an option, too.

Crystal Ball is only revelant the day of IMO in recruitments like Garlands. The obvious picks tend to be the ones with the one month correct picks so. It is still a nice tool and we can all bash it but we all frequently check it lol. I like what I have heard today though. If IU doesn't get him I would be surprised. I'm all in on IU. If he picks Vandy I will gladly accept defeat lol and move on, but it's too hard to ignore all the info regarding IU and Darius. If Vandy guys had a clue it may make me worried but since nothing really comes from them that is solid info I tend to brush the he is Vandys to lose comments aside.

How would you rate the Coaches?

CAM.  VS.  CBD  TBD Both have pedigree.

TOM OSTRO - 12 years as asst. coach. 7 with Billy Donavon vs Roger Powell - 5 years with CBD

 

Bruiser Flint - 10 years as HC at UMASS & DREXEL. VS JAKE DIEBLER 3 years as asst. under CBD

 

ED SCHILLING -HC  Wright State Asst in NBA asst with Calipari and Steve Alford. Vs Casey Shaw. No coaching experience

 

No brained if player development is a concern.
