I believe myself personally under appreciated his talent. Caught a game early in the year for him last year, but he is night and day difference right now. It's amazing. 

I will say from some conversations, the family is definitely paying attention to the NBA and their proceedings about the draft, but they believe also that it probably won't be a factor until the following year.

Just saw this a bit ago on Twitter this kid is ultra talented but he needs to get a lot stronger before he has a chance at impacting the game on a NBA level. Sounds like Tennessee or the NBA for him at the moment

 But unless some loop holes pop up for Romeo I would expect it to not be a concern. Still think he would strongly considering college if the option even popped up.

Have you guys seen what Mckinley Wright has been doing at Colorado? That kid would be the best player on our team. Wish Archie could've brought him here.

According to many, we could have brought him to IU. Not sure why we didn't

At the time we didn’t have any scholarships open. Which as we know doesn’t really matter and he could of came anyway. Definitely would of been entertaining if he did come and hear some on here ask why CAM brought a 228 ranked 3 star with him from Dayton. No matter his ranking the kid can play and Colorado was in the right place at the right time and got a good one

he’s averaging 16/4/4 in 4 games thus far. 

First 4 games against Northern Colorado, Denver, Quinnipiac and Drake. I think from what I’ve seen so far he is going to be really good but let’s see what he does against better competition. They play Mercer tonight for the paradise jam final
Can’t wait to watch Romeo play in his senior year.

Yeah New Albany isn't just the Langford show. I was impressed with the whole team. Gonna be a good year of high school hoops in Indiana that's for sure.

Yeah I feel the same and guys if we got him, that likely means we may have missed out on Race or one of our freshmen. IDK if any other schools were a threat for Race as a RS, but either or I will take our 4 guys. I thought Moore should have RS as well, but I know he didn't want to. Give Moore a year or two.

Nothing against McKinley btw, but he does seem like the pg Archie really likes, but Al's potential is what makes it an easy choice for me. Al has a huge fan in me as well as others, but if we could've somehow traded Newkirk for Wright I would've been all aboard.

Probably would of meant Race would of been in high school this year and would of been a 2018 recruit. Wright is from Minnesota and would of helped in recruiting Race and Hurt to IU I believe they were aau teammates. For me I don’t see Al as a pg so Wright would of helped out at pg this year. If Romeo comes to IU how many minutes will people guess he plays a game?

I know Wright was from Minnesota and we seemed to be okay in regards to Race regardless. Any help with Hurt would be nice, but if we get McKinley, do we still get RP? We could go on and on with scenarios but it does no good. I like how things ended up for us and I think McKinley does as well. If we were willing to take Race tho we would've took Wright if Archie really wanted him at IU just my opinion though. I was mainly meaning as a scholly situation whether we kept Al or went for Wright. Though I think Al could become a great secondary ball handler with RP in the future, he shouldn't see the majority of his minutes there

Soooo is ROMEO still really good at putting the ball through the hoop?

I'll guess is IU lands Romeo he'll average close to 30 minutes per game. We're setting up to have versatile wings and Romeo can benefit by being able to play the college 2 or 3.
