colonel06 Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 I'll have the Heebie-geebies all day Saturday don't even think I should not try taking the 'Ol plane up! Which team will exemplify Carpe-diem? PU is just as motivated don't think they aren't. Wish I could go and leave my voice in AH like the Hoosiers need to leave their ALL on the floor!
Scooter D Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 These last 4 games are really going to show/prove what kind of team this really is. If they can win at least 3 and one of those being Iowa than they might be capable of really competing in the BTT and NCAA. But first things first...please put the beat down of those f****** from that crap town. JaybobHoosier, Hoosiers219, Bobman1 and 1 other 4

WayneFleekHoosier Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 My biggest fear is Hammons. Last year was BLOCK CITY courtesy of Hammons. We need to find a way of avoiding this. Blackmon was awful of having his layups blocked. That will help. Must hit shots and expand the lane. They are a terrible matchup for us. Crean will deserve lots of credit if he finds a way to exploit them offensively. Transition and speed is our biggest advantage, plus 3 point shooting. Hoosiers219 and hoosierpap 2
Walking Boot of Doom Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 @janitorinthegym: No practice ?!?! Sometimes I am just amazed This was from around 10:30 last night, so assuming no Friday practice. Crean has really changed his coaching style this year. Continuing to wonder if we're seeing a new Crean... southsidehoosier, BTOWN, Josh and 4 others 7
Brass Cannon Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 For the best Yogi looked gassed. A fresh Yogi can feast on Purdues lack of guards. colonel06 1

IUfanNcinci Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Maybe iam crazy but do we run a few plays for TB... Taking Hammons off the dribble I think he may be able to do that....or not? Opinions please
IUfanNcinci Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 I mean he went coast to coast this year and he has taken some people off the dribble around the free throw line area and drawn fouls that way
Scooter D Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Maybe iam crazy but do we run a few plays for TB... Taking Hammons off the dribble I think he may be able to do that....or not? Opinions please Definitely a good idea...need to get PU's bigs out of the lane, so IU can get to the rim. The big thing will be keeping TB out of foul trouble. He has not done particularly well against good bigs. Max hitting a 3 or two will also help.

Nothing will move Hammons or Haas out of the lane, unless they fall going downcourt.
Walking Boot of Doom Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 I think TB is about to have an awful game. Hammons is finally living up to his full potential, and I think he's going to own the post. Really need Troy and Yogi to show up big here if we want to force Hammons and Haas to move out of the post a bit. Purdue's guards don't stand a chance against our perimeter. Stuhoo Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Max for three is a great option to counteract Hammons and Haas. Especially considering CTC loves to play inside out. A GREAT option. HoosierAloha, lillurk, Bobman1 and 3 others 6
