RatpigHoosier Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 [/url] Thanks for posting. One thing I see is that this kid needs some pounds packed on but his skill is obvious. The other I thing I see is that TJD has some good court awareness and ability to pass out of the low post. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app SlamaJamaSisley and HoosierAloha 2 Quote

Wonder if or why we wouldn’t/couldn’t take on both? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Yes they will take both. I think TJD is a fall signing and Brooks is a spring. thebigweave, Class of '66 Old Fart, lillurk and 2 others 5 Quote

So he will be a spring signing with someone next spring because he wants to drag out the process. Iugradman 1 Quote

Hoosier Guy Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 It’s pretty obvious IU wants all three of Watford, Brooks and TJD. And that’s the right way to go. Get a PG to go with those three and it’s an excellent class Jam and Deserthoozier 2 Quote

Sent from my SM-G930V using BtownBanners mobile appWhile I agree, there are a lot of "what-ifs" out there. Davis' injury, someone leaving to go pro early, and someone just transferring out. I don't want to see it but it would also be possible to have a 3 recruit class and another spot open. After this spring and swing some highlights Keion is an intriguing prospect. He would definitely be playing as a big wing. I like the chemistry he already has with Jackson Davis. That would be a great high-low combo. HoosierDYT Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 With the way Keion has been playing lately he’s becoming one of my most wanted recruits opposed to someone last year who I wanted the least. He’d fit perfectly in the system Iugradman, HoosierAloha and bigrod 3 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 Interesting news given there was some kind of disagreement last season between the Brooks family and Khaliq. Also wonder if it will have any bearing on Brooks transferring to a prep school for his senior year which is a rumor that has bounced around. (Fort Wayne) News-Sentinel.com has learned that Shabaz Khaliq will exit after eight seasons as head coach of the North Side boys basketball program. The news was first reported by Troy Derengowski of RadioTroy.com in Richmond. Khaliq is expected to be named the new head boys basketball coach at Richmond High School during a school board meeting in Richmond on Wednesday. Located just less than 100 miles south of Fort Wayne via US-27, Richmond is coming off an 8-27 season. The Red Devils endured three consecutive seasons under Rick Wedlow before his resignation on March 14. fwgreenway 1 Quote
