I feel like I am ok with this Knorr didn't have enough time but I still just didn't see the progress.  Allen is a clear upgrade I feel and at this point and you have to go with who is best for the team.

Just from watching. I'm gonna say Wilson wanted someone to ignite a fire under the boys besides himself and Frey. Knorr seemed very complacent.
