Popular Post Stuhoo Posted January 16, 2016 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2016 Davis has had multiple technicals this season which is clearly a red flag. I don't know the story on these...was he yelling at refs? Opponents? Hanging on rims? What gives? According to a reputable 247 poster, he was T'd up recently for... dunking in warmups. Yes; it's a rule. MemphisHoosier, ALASKA HOOSIER, Josh and 6 others 9 Quote
Bobman1 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 probably a little tenacity. He and TB ought to be a hoot. 2 FIERCE competitors with an attitude. that charisma matched with OG's desire and effort proves to be 3/5 of a grit filled, put it in your freaking face, take your lunch and eat too montra for next year. I'm down with that!! With Colin and Juwan providing extra depth off the bench, I'm starting to really like the team we may have next year. Rojo and JBJ should handle the guard duties well. waitingon6 1 Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 That sounds right.yeah, started at 1 as a youngster. Hung around 10-15 for a while. Slid to 30-50 range this past year. Not too worried about it. His team wins and he stuffs the stat sheet in all categories. Not averaging a high total in PPG but that seems common for BIGS in HS. waitingon6, lillurk and Hovadipo 3 Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 I like that I consistently see good free throw numbers for DD. we won't have to hold our breathe as long from the stripe. I think Crean values good free throw shooters as he should. For the most part, we've had good free throw shooting teams. On that note, Sheehey was a strangely modest free throw shooter. Had some bad misses. Career 67%. lillurk 1 Quote

And Wisconsin was top 10 last year I believe. MSU was 336 out of 351 teams last year in FT % at 63%. Yikes WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote

I like the depth of next years front court better. Both OG and JM are very versatile players. Should be even better next year. WayneFleekHoosier and Kepner 2 Quote

Should be even better next year. Plus Watford didn't really have a post game. I think the members of next years potential front court will rebound better than Watford too but none of them are going to shoot like him. In other words it will be a whole other kind of front court from Watford and Zeller (not saying either one is better than the other) 8bucks, HoosierAloha and Hoosiers219 3 Quote

Still may, but at 7 feet, we may have 2 5 guys starting lol. Not saying he will, but would be interesting if that happened. ALASKA HOOSIER and Hovadipo 2 Quote
