I must've read over that. If it was just the being cut thing then I can honestly say I don't want him, but if he was getting recruited over then I understand it a little more.

Plus if it pretty much comes out that your coach told other players and coaches that you "just aren't good enough", doesn't bode well for the future. Miller did the same thing last offseason to a recruit.

I have read as a fact that TJ showed up on the day of tryouts from an extended tournament, and was not at his best during tryouts. 

 

Pure speculation? This was also his first time actually being coached by Miller.  Didn't like the way Miller handled himself?

 

Could be a variety of things, but that weekend probably sealed the de-commit.

No Duke, Michigan, or Florida on this latest list, which is surprising considering they were on his list of finalists when he committed to Arizona.

 

Hopefully UCLA implodes this year and he sees how little people care about UCLA basketball.  With Alford as coach, the former seems highly likely, and the latter is a certainty.

 

Honestly, if you read his interviews from early on in the recruiting process, it's a wonder he didn't commit to us.  If we have a good year, stay ranked all season, and he visits for a game, we should be in great shape here.

. Speculation. A lot of that swirling around. Arizona has been heavily recruiting 2 other forwards in his class. I think he is looking to go somewhere where his impact can be felt immediately, without sharing a ton of mins. That's my guess.
