And where in my post did I deny that? Our recruiting class isn't finished yet either. We pull in Cujo, Brown, and Davis we're singing a different tune.

Still not sure even with those 2 we will have that X factor the team would need.  Alkins would be a big get in helping to alleviate those concerns though.

It literally happens to all recruits including IU's. These kids are getting followed by fans of all the teams they are considering, so when they choose a team the fans of the other teams unfollow. This has been happening for years.

  

youre misunderstanding me. what I meant was his total follower count. Of course other fans of teams are going to unfollow him, that's the norm.

If he popped for IU today he would have lost all his Miss State followers, but gained a greater quantity of new IU followers. Not sure his count would have gotten smaller actually

I thought we would be conciderably better then a lot of teams the years we pulled back to back top 10 classes but we didn't even make the tournament. This is a very good start and foundation for them. Time will tell if this class we pay dividends or will it end up like when seton hall, Missouri or Florida st when they get a top 10 class and you kind of forgot they pulled in a great recruiting class

They are set up to be "considerably" better than us? Only if you can play 6 four-star kids for 40 minutes a game.

Oh and five are freshman. Hope they are the freshman ready to start and play senior minutes.

I did quote you, and then went onto make a general statement about others taking little potshots at other universities. My thing is some people do it whenever we lose any recruit, gets obnoxious reading through comment after comment of it while at the same time acting like recruits are missing out on something bigger, when it might seem to them that IU isn't what our fans see it as
