How this kid isn't a top 150 is mystery to me.

I know the rankings topic has been beaten to death many times here, but I'll try to stay away from the typical arguments.

I'm kind of under the assumption that after the top 50 or 60, the rest of the rankings are kind of a crap shoot. How can these services really keep track of every kid in America to give a really good representation of kids outside of that top tier? They do a pretty good job overall, but there will always be guys left off or low ranked that outplay their ranking or lack thereof. I think that's what we have in Al and Smith in this class. I'm really *really* excited about this class actually.

tl;dr...I agree lol.

Durham's regular season ended last night with a 73-61 loss to Norcross in the 7A regional championship. He tweaked an ankle in the 3rd and never fully recovered. Finished with 13 pts and 6 rebs, all before the injury.

Things started slowly for Berkmar, but in the end, the Patriots had too much offensive power as they beat South Forsyth 69-51 Saturday in the first round of the Class AAAAAAA state playoffs.

With the win, the Patriots will travel to Tift County to take on the Blue Devils on Thursday in the second round of the state playoffs. The winner of that game will take on the Newton-Westlake winner in the quarterfinals.

Durham had 17 points and six rebounds.

I would take that. I loved VJ3. He was pushed into a star role when that was never his strong suit. His senior year he got to relax a little and made very good strides. I will always feel horrible for him missing the tourney game after all he went through. If we give Crean credit for those terrible years the players should be kings of Bloomington for life for not giving up after 16 wins in two years he still worked his ass off. I would take any of those kids again. Maybe not a whole team like that, but those guys were fun to watch knowing they played till the whistle each game.

If we get rid of crean none of the recruits are going to come here. So I'm not sure how much this all matters. I'm ok with it but we are going to lose recruits and have transfers

Why? Especially if its Donovan? What makes you so sure?

I could see them still coming if Donovan is the coach.. Especially since he has NBA experience now. You have to remember that og and Morgan are from Missouri and Davis is from Colorado. If crean goes to Missouri they could possibly follow.
